What happens after I place an order?

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please get in touch with us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

How do I track my CARPE OMNIA order?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking details enclosed. It will include a clickable tracking link to the selected courier website. (Rest assured, even if the link doesn't display any information, it will show up once it's updated) 

For international customers, you can track your order on your nation's courier website (i.e. PostNL, USPS, DHL Germany, etc.) with the same tracking number we initially provided once the order reaches your country.

If you don't receive a tracking code within 24 hours after placing your order, please check your spam/promotions or junk e-mail inbox. Otherwise, feel free to contact us via e-mail.

Can I make a change to my order?

We take great pride in processing your orders promptly to ensure that you receive them as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is important to note that once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. 

We strongly advise that you carefully review your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout to ensure that you have selected all of the items you wish to purchase, in the correct sizes. 

Additionally, please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly, including your door number/house name and post code. This will help us to efficiently deliver your order to you

Why doesn't my tracking link work?

Once your chosen courier scans your order, you can track its progress using the courier tracking links provided. It may take up to 48 hours to display progress, depending on your shipping destination or chosen courier. However, in most cases, progress will be visible within 12-24 hours.
