What is our Returns policy?
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, we are happy to offer refunds on full priced items within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
If you are exchanging your item(s) for a different size please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We also ask that you cover the cost of returning them to us. Once we receive them, we will then post out your correctly sized item(s) free of charge. We suggest you return your product using your domestic postal service on a tracked delivery method, although we suggest you obtain a proof of postage and keep your paperwork until we have acknowledged receipt of your package. We cannot accept items that have distinct odours or signs of wear and tear. You can return the item(s) to:

We assess all returns on this basis and if your item fails this assessment it will be returned to you.
We offer refunds on all full price items. Any items purchased in sale or with a promotional code will be refunded via store credit on a e-gift card.
When will I receive my refund?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 5 -7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. Please note, if the item is marked as 'returned to HUB', this does not mean it has reach us yet, but it has reached the Rebound sorting facility. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email email@example.com so we can investigate this for you.
How long will delivery take?
We offer 24 and 48 hour delivery to the UK on orders placed before 12:00. Delivery to the EU will take approximately 1-3 working days via Fedex.
*Please note that customers outside of the EU may be responsible for custom duties.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Our website is fully secure so there is no need to worry about data being compromised. We use stripe to process orders to ensure personal information is kept confidential.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once an order is received it will be despatched on the same day once it is ordered before 12:00. You will then receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your parcel.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email along with your order details. You will also be emailed once your order has been despatched.
